What is PulsAnalys?
PulsAnalys is a communication tool that shows behavioral patterns based on the DISC theory. A simple tool to use in companies to increase understanding of each other in a work situation. The tool shows similarities and differences in people’s behaviors that lead us to work together to take advantage of each person’s different strengths.
Understanding each other is hard – understanding each other at work is even harder – with PulsAnalys you will become better at understanding yourself and other people. PulsAnalys is based on the DISC theory which has its roots in the theories of the American William M. Marston, read more here.
Step 1 - Basic DISC course
To be able to use the tool yourself, you will take our basic training.

When using the tool, we place great emphasis on the feedback itself, which we focus a lot on during the training.
The goal for you as a feedback provider is to develop people and lift them up.
In doing so, you create understanding and promote good communication between employees and managers or employees and employees.
Good and clear communication is one of the keys to success and benefits all companies.
We are primarily aimed at those who work in HR, those who are leaders, coaches or consultants and recruiters.
The tool is used in recruitment, leadership development, group development and team building, personal development and employee interviews and coaching.

Step 2 - Certification
When you have completed our basic training, 10 profiles are included to train on before the certification.
With these profiles, you practice making feedback yourself according to our feedback scheme and our ethical rules.
As this tool is about people, it is never possible to predict how a person will respond.
It is therefore very important that you practice giving feedback.
The validity is very high, but each person must decide for themselves how much fits the profile.

Once you have passed the certification, you will have the knowledge to use all our tools in the system.
You are now ready to get a subscription and get started.

Step 3 - Subscription
Choose a subscription that suits you and your business.
You go to the page “Get subscription” or click here where you choose the type of company that best suits your company.
There you also choose how many users you are to use the system, or how many employees you are in your company.
