How does a Recruitment Profile go to?
First, each person who will work with the person answers what their image of the role is
Then a common picture is developed of what the role should look like to meet the set goals and expectations
Once this picture is developed, it is discussed whether the strengths, characteristics and drivers are consistent with these goals and expectations
Now you can see how the Personal Profiles of the different candidates match the picture
Finally, the requirements profile is compared with the candidates' strengths and possible development areas become clear
