Basic course and certification is the first step to being able to use the tools of PulsAnalys.
During this DISC course, we focus on conveying knowledge about the DISC theory and how to perform feedback.
We go through the background and interpretation of different profiles and give examples of different applications where PulsAnalys can fit in.
The main purpose of the DISC training during the first two days is for the participants to understand the DISC theory and to be able to perform and feedback Person Profiles.
The certification day is scheduled approximately 3-4 weeks after the first two days of the course.
The date is decided jointly by the participants.
The course includes 10 profiles to train on before certification.
Throughout the course, we follow our specially developed feedback scheme and our thorough ethical rules.
During the DISC training, you will learn to handle all the functions of PulsAnalys.
You will learn how to create profiles and links, produce reports, create team and recruitment profiles and conduct 360 profiles.
During the course, you will have full access to our entire web-based system and all our products.
Before the DISC course, we will send you a link where you can make your own personal profile.
The profile is used as training during the course.
