We may need to contact you personally in matters concerning your profile and related reports.

For those who have a business account

When you create an account at PulsAnalys AB, certain personal data is stored. These are usually first and last names, company details such as organization number and a link to the e-mail address you provided. The purpose of this is to be able to create a secure and reliable administration environment for you as a user and to generate as reliable and accurate analysis results as possible. We also need to be able to contact you personally in matters concerning your account and related support. This information is never displayed to anyone other than yourself as a logged in user.

For corporate users, we store personal information as each company account is linked to one or more personal users.

To give / withdraw consent

We only start processing your personal information and cookies after you have approved the handling, and the purpose behind the handling.

You also prevent the storage of cookies as well as deletion of already stored cookies through your browser. The procedure varies depending on the browser, so we refer you to your browser’s help section to find the right path.

To create an account at Pulsanalys AB you need to become a member. If you want to withdraw this membership and have your entire account deleted, please email: support@pulsanalys.se.

To update your information

To update your personal information, you do so either in your user account at PulsAnalys AB (as logged in) or by emailing us at support@pulsanalys.se.

To be forgotten

To have your information deleted from our systems and registers, report it to us at support@pulsanalys.se.

To have your information disclosed and / or exported

We do not pass on your information to another party. If you would like to receive the information, we store about you sent to your mail, contact us at support@pulsanalys.se and we will arrange it.
